Arlene Rampersad has been with Mitutoyo Canada since 2005 and is the Human Resources Manager for Mitutoyo Canada Inc., responsible for all areas of Human Resources and payroll for the organization. Ms. Rampersad is also the Management co-chair for the Joint Health and Safety Committee and the Lead for compliance training.
Arlene has over twenty years of experience in Human Resources and payroll and is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL), a designation she has held since 2008. Before working at Mitutoyo Canada Inc., Arlene was the Summer Staffing Office Supervisor for Exhibition Place, City of Toronto, for four years while completing her studies in Business Administration. Arlene graduated with an Honours Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources from Sheridan College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning and was the Human Resources faculty award recipient. She is an avid reader and enjoys writing, yoga, cooking / baking and spending time with her family.
